At approximately xa:25 (40 mins after this flight had departed); the departure station operations agent working this flight called me; saying the ramp had loaded a cart of freight weighing 1700 pounds instead a cart of freight weighing only 300 pounds. Instead of the release tow of 132.0 pounds; the actual tow was 133.0 pounds; with a cg of 19.8.

Narrative: AT APPROX XA:25 (40 MINS AFTER THIS FLT HAD DEPARTED); THE DEP STATION OPS AGENT WORKING THIS FLT CALLED ME; SAYING THE RAMP HAD LOADED A CART OF FREIGHT WEIGHING 1700 LBS INSTEAD A CART OF FREIGHT WEIGHING ONLY 300 LBS. INSTEAD OF THE RELEASE TOW OF 132.0 LBS; THE ACTUAL TOW WAS 133.0 LBS; WITH A CG OF 19.8.
