Narrative:

At quitting time; in an effort to have aircraft ready to tow out of the dock; I reinstalled the captain's stall warning annunciator light. I had removed it earlier. Technician's non routine write-up was not located at completion of job; and expected to see it when returning to work. Subsequently; my crew chief indicated that it had been cleared by the supervisor in our absence. I did not sign for work I had completed due to time restraints. (Technician's non routine write-up not located.) supervisor completed form by signing my lead technician's name prior to our returning to work.
