Narrative:

During takeoff; at vr; full aft elevator was applied. Aircraft would not unstick from runway. Additional nose up trim was used and aircraft rotated and climbed. Initial rotation was excessive. Master warning (no takeoff-trim) was heard when additional trim was applied. All speeds and trims were set correctly for takeoff. Aircraft would not fly with normal control forces. Climb out was normal. Continued to destination. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that while climbing and at cruise; the aircraft responded normally. Discussion with maintenance operations control and dispatch led everyone to a most likely conclusion of a misleader aircraft. Reporter's company performed functional flight control check at the destination followed by a test flight. Nothing was discovered.

Narrative: DURING TKOF; AT VR; FULL AFT ELEVATOR WAS APPLIED. ACFT WOULD NOT UNSTICK FROM RWY. ADDITIONAL NOSE UP TRIM WAS USED AND ACFT ROTATED AND CLBED. INITIAL ROTATION WAS EXCESSIVE. MASTER WARNING (NO TKOF-TRIM) WAS HEARD WHEN ADDITIONAL TRIM WAS APPLIED. ALL SPDS AND TRIMS WERE SET CORRECTLY FOR TKOF. ACFT WOULD NOT FLY WITH NORMAL CTL FORCES. CLBOUT WAS NORMAL.
