Narrative:

On jul/tue/05; I was assigned to aircraft to do a work card; which I accomplished. On jul/sat/05; I was informed that the l-hand bay door had come off on takeoff. No abnormalities per the work card were found. Gear doors were closed and not required to be open per work card.
