Narrative:

Upon arrival at the gate in boston; I observed the purser disarming door 1R immediately after I made the announcement to disarm. I saw her put the girt bar into the bracket; and when I left the galley area the door was properly disarmed. I was standing at aisle 3 (cabin divider) saying goodbye to deplaning passenger and heard the purser saying 'stop; stop; stop' to someone that was in the galley area. I did not know what had happened until everyone was off the plane. I had gathered my belongings; and was deplaning the aircraft. I found out that the slide pack had come out of the pack on the door. Supplemental information from acn 662723: we landed and parked; the jetbridge came up and XXXX made disarm doors announcement so I went over and disarmed my door and then cracked it. We were saying goodbyes and catering came up. They opened the door; I heard a sound and looked over and saw that the bar was back in the brackets on the floor and the slide was partially open. Also; the caterer was trying to close or open the door and said he saw something fall. I told him to not touch the door and to move back away from the door. The first officer was in the galley at that time and also told them to get back. The captain called for maintenance. XXXX was sitting at 1L and she saw me disarm the door. Once again I did disarm so it must have not been totally in the hooks and fallen out.
