Narrative:
Removed and replaced copilot's seat per engineering order. Crash ax had to be removed for removal of seat. At installation; inspector and myself installed new seat but did not realize that crash ax was not installed on seat. Part number indicated seat assembly. Make up a work card for pilot's seat removal.
