Narrative:
Removed and replaced copilot's seat per engineering order. Crash ax had to be removed for removal of seat. At installation; inspector and myself installed new seat but did not realize that crash ax was not installed on seat. Part number indicated seat assembly. Make up a work card for pilot's seat removal.

Narrative: REMOVED AND REPLACED COPLT'S SEAT PER ENGINEERING ORDER. CRASH AX HAD TO BE REMOVED FOR REMOVAL OF SEAT. AT INSTALLATION; INSPECTOR AND MYSELF INSTALLED NEW SEAT BUT DID NOT REALIZE THAT CRASH AX WAS NOT INSTALLED ON SEAT. PART NUMBER INDICATED SEAT ASSEMBLY. MAKE UP A WORK CARD FOR PLT'S SEAT REMOVAL.
