Narrative:
During overnight work packet review; I failed to identify unsigned work card requirement. Retrained on requirements for packet review; moved location to a quiet area. Moved the location so that review is conducted in a quiet office so as not to multi-task during review.

Narrative: DURING OVERNIGHT WORK PACKET REVIEW; I FAILED TO IDENT UNSIGNED WORK CARD REQUIREMENT. RETRAINED ON REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKET REVIEW; MOVED LOCATION TO A QUIET AREA. MOVED THE LOCATION SO THAT REVIEW IS CONDUCTED IN A QUIET OFFICE SO AS NOT TO MULTI-TASK DURING REVIEW.
