Narrative:

Departed teb runway 24 on teb 5 departure; runway heading to 800 ft MSL; right turn to 280 degrees; maintain 1500 ft MSL until 4.5 DME; climb to 2000 ft. Captain flying went slightly left on takeoff then blew through 1500 ft to 1800 ft; went back down to 1500 ft. This is an older man who struggles with his flying skills on a regular basis. We all wish he would retire. He is 63 yrs old. It was very turbulent. Finally I reached up and engaged autoplt without his request. He never called for anti-ice or flaps up. I ended up just announcing what I was doing. We were vectored for ILS runway 23 at mmu. It was a 9 min flight.
