Narrative:

Working air carrier X and aircraft Y on different frequency. Air carrier X took 2 clrncs that were issued to aircraft Y and was warned twice to be careful. The third time; air carrier X took a clearance to fly heading of 360 degrees that was issued to aircraft Y. The readback error was not caught. When the track was observed about 30 seconds later; corrective actions were taken and a pilot deviation was filed.

Title: ZOB CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR AT 17000 FT WHEN INCORRECT CLRNC READBACK WAS NOT RECOGNIZED.

Narrative: WORKING ACR X AND ACFT Y ON DIFFERENT FREQ. ACR X TOOK 2 CLRNCS THAT WERE ISSUED TO ACFT Y AND WAS WARNED TWICE TO BE CAREFUL. THE THIRD TIME; ACR X TOOK A CLRNC TO FLY HDG OF 360 DEGS THAT WAS ISSUED TO ACFT Y. THE READBACK ERROR WAS NOT CAUGHT. WHEN THE TRACK WAS OBSERVED ABOUT 30 SECONDS LATER; CORRECTIVE ACTIONS WERE TAKEN AND A PLTDEV WAS FILED.
