Narrative:

Dispatched with right air conditioning pack inoperative. At approximately 70 KTS on takeoff roll, master warning illuminated that the left pack had overheated. Aborted on the runway, smooth and controled. Aircraft on final was directed to go around. Brake temperatures exceeded 480 degrees C. Returned to gate and had wheels chalked.
