Dispatched aircraft XXXX with MEL's 21-1 and 21-26. These MEL's do not require advance notification to dispatch. MEL 21-26 cannot be dispatched with MEL 21-1 because MEL 21-26 requires recirculation fan on. This clarification should be noted in MEL 21-26.
