Narrative:
Due to complacency, I'm ashamed to say that I failed to see the note on the mdt taxi chart warning of the 'non standard location' of the hold short line for runway 31. The tower told us of my mistake when he cleared us for takeoff.

Narrative: DUE TO COMPLACENCY, I'M ASHAMED TO SAY THAT I FAILED TO SEE THE NOTE ON THE MDT TAXI CHART WARNING OF THE 'NON STANDARD LOCATION' OF THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 31. THE TWR TOLD US OF MY MISTAKE WHEN HE CLRED US FOR TKOF.
