Narrative:

I landed at savannah international (sav) on runway 36 from an ILS, turned off at taxiway C, and contacted ground control. I was cleared to the FBO ramp via taxiway B, no other instructions. I turned left (wrong direction) on taxiway B, and crossed runway 9/27. There was no traffic on or approaching runway 9/27 at that time. Shortly thereafter, controller asked me to make a 180 degree turn, re-cross runway 9/27 and continue south on taxiway B to FBO. As I approached taxiway B on taxiway C I believe I was distraction at that critical moment by my observation of construction on taxiway C, east of taxiway B. Since I normally land on runway 9, I believe during that moment of distraction I followed the turn patterns normally used from runway 9. Contributing: not much flying in recent months due to aircraft OTS much of that time. Perhaps ATC should consider requiring clearance to cross all runways.

Title: C414 PLT AFTER LNDG SAV IS ISSUED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO PARKING, BUT TURNS IN WRONG DIRECTION OF TXWY ASSIGNED AND CROSSES AN ACTIVE RWY.

Narrative: I LANDED AT SAVANNAH INTL (SAV) ON RWY 36 FROM AN ILS, TURNED OFF AT TXWY C, AND CONTACTED GND CTL. I WAS CLRED TO THE FBO RAMP VIA TXWY B, NO OTHER INSTRUCTIONS. I TURNED L (WRONG DIRECTION) ON TXWY B, AND CROSSED RWY 9/27. THERE WAS NO TFC ON OR APCHING RWY 9/27 AT THAT TIME. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, CTLR ASKED ME TO MAKE A 180 DEG TURN, RE-CROSS RWY 9/27 AND CONTINUE S ON TXWY B TO FBO. AS I APCHED TXWY B ON TXWY C I BELIEVE I WAS DISTR AT THAT CRITICAL MOMENT BY MY OBSERVATION OF CONSTRUCTION ON TXWY C, EAST OF TXWY B. SINCE I NORMALLY LAND ON RWY 9, I BELIEVE DURING THAT MOMENT OF DISTR I FOLLOWED THE TURN PATTERNS NORMALLY USED FROM RWY 9. CONTRIBUTING: NOT MUCH FLYING IN RECENT MONTHS DUE TO ACFT OTS MUCH OF THAT TIME. PERHAPS ATC SHOULD CONSIDER REQUIRING CLRNC TO CROSS ALL RWYS.
