Narrative:

Upon landing, the right wing engine cover curled up and broke off causing damage to front of the wing. Debris flew over and a large piece flew into the wing, penetrating the wing (during reverse engine thrust on landing). Supplemental information from acn 631627: captain called back all was fine and no evacuate/evacuation necessary.

Title: DURING REVERSE THRUST ON LNDG ROLL AT MDST, A300 EJECTS LARGE SECTION OF R ENG COWLING FORWARD AND OVER THE TOP OF THE WING WHERE IT PENETRATES THE WING SKIN. NO EVAC ORDERED.

Narrative: UPON LNDG, THE R WING ENG COVER CURLED UP AND BROKE OFF CAUSING DAMAGE TO FRONT OF THE WING. DEBRIS FLEW OVER AND A LARGE PIECE FLEW INTO THE WING, PENETRATING THE WING (DURING REVERSE ENG THRUST ON LNDG).
