Narrative:

Lost pressurization climbing through FL230. Cabin began climbing at 1200-1500 FPM. Per aom we descended requesting 10000 ft. ATC gave us 11000 ft. Cabin altitude above 11000 ft. Emergency descent profile began. Considering passenger oxygen masks may deploy with the rapid cabin climb rate, manual pressurization mode was used per aom. No response in manual mode. Declared emergency with ATC with intent to descend to 10000 ft. Leveled at 10000 ft. Pressurization was regained in manual mode. Spoke with dispatch, moc with telesis. Flight continued to ZZZ1. Advised ATC of regaining pressurization and stand down of emergency status. Flight continued at FL220 without incident. Maintenance advised upon landing in ZZZ1.
