Narrative:

Just prior to descent into dfw, flight attendant reported passenger with chest pains. Physician on board reported blood pressure high. Declared medical emergency and received clearance from west of glen rose direct to FAF for runway 35L. Landed in minimum time and taxied to gate. Had to wait 2 mins for ground crew. Passenger felt the same upon gate arrival and was taken off by paramedics. Excellent flying by first officer. Good communication and coordination by all 3 flight attendants.
