Narrative:

Location: lamer intersection. About an hour into the flight I was notified that a male passenger, approximately 70 yrs old, was complaining of chest pains. A doctor and paramedic was luckily onboard and were asked to help. Oxygen and nitro were given to the passenger and he seemed to stabilize. The chest pain did not subside and the doctor recommended landing quickly for hospitalization. A request for direct mia was asked for and received from ZMA along with medical emergency priority handling. Aircraft was met with an ambulance and sick passenger removed with spouse uneventfully. We were then fueled and continued our flight to jfk.
