Narrative:

Aircraft was towed to gate for our departure. (It had been on the ground for over 8 hours. It had been pulled off the gate and parked since it arrived in lhr that morning.) the security screw in the east and east bay hatch was missing (tool kit complete so not an MEL requirement that the screw was removed), the defibrillator key was missing, and the flight attendant aft bunk room key was missing. Do we have a security problem in lhr?
