Narrative:

On landing at ZZZ, the right thrust reverser did not deploy. Due to existing WX conditions, the first officer made a positive touchdown using brakes and idle reverse. We were at the thrust reverser stow speed in a very few seconds. I did not know if the thrust reverser did not deploy for mechanical reasons or did not have time to cycle. I decided not to put the event in the aircraft logbook. When the thrust reverser did not deploy on landing at ZZZ2, I wrote it in the logbook. I did the preflight walkaround in ZZZ2 on the day of the event.
