Narrative:

Departed jyo on an ADIZ flight plan to EMI. Potomac control advised me to stay below the class B airspace, which I always do. Potomac control then asked me to fly northwest, which would have taken me back toward jyo. I tried to call him back and question the turn since it was not toward EMI, which I filed to. He then yelled at me to exit the ADIZ north of jyo which I did but there was confusion as to which heading I was flying. I happen to fly this route quite frequently (3 times a week). I am very, very familiar with ADIZ procedures and never had a problem with a controller before. I never violated any airspace and always had 2-WAY communication and a discrete code before I take off from jyo.
