Narrative:

We were departing off runway 19R on the TRALR1 RNAV. At 400 ft I selected navigation for the flight plan and we started a left turn. We knew something was wrong when we started a left turn, when the departure required a right turn. ATC also saw we were turning the wrong direction and put us on a heading of 180 degrees and a climb to FL190. The RNAV had started a turn directly to tralr intersection, by passing 6 waypoints on the departure. After we were direct tralr we realized we had forgotten to select the runway 19R on the FMS. We were rushing to get our checklist, because the taxi from las executive terminal is about 10 seconds and tower had already cleared us for takeoff and, in our haste, we did not select a runway on the departure.

Title: CPR JET CREW MADE A HASTY DEP OFF LAS, AND USING RNAV EQUIP, FORGOT TO SELECT THE RWY ON THE FMS CAUSING THE ACFT TO TURN IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AFTER TKOF.

Narrative: WE WERE DEPARTING OFF RWY 19R ON THE TRALR1 RNAV. AT 400 FT I SELECTED NAV FOR THE FLT PLAN AND WE STARTED A L TURN. WE KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN WE STARTED A L TURN, WHEN THE DEP REQUIRED A R TURN. ATC ALSO SAW WE WERE TURNING THE WRONG DIRECTION AND PUT US ON A HDG OF 180 DEGS AND A CLB TO FL190. THE RNAV HAD STARTED A TURN DIRECTLY TO TRALR INTXN, BY PASSING 6 WAYPOINTS ON THE DEP. AFTER WE WERE DIRECT TRALR WE REALIZED WE HAD FORGOTTEN TO SELECT THE RWY 19R ON THE FMS. WE WERE RUSHING TO GET OUR CHKLIST, BECAUSE THE TAXI FROM LAS EXECUTIVE TERMINAL IS ABOUT 10 SECONDS AND TWR HAD ALREADY CLRED US FOR TKOF AND, IN OUR HASTE, WE DID NOT SELECT A RWY ON THE DEP.
