Narrative:

Aircraft terminated on jul/fri/04, and I was notified by the captain of a discrepancy in the logbook relating to some dropped passenger service units and a gear shimmy during landing. Contract was called out and, after researching the aircraft maintenance manual chapter 32, and discussion with colleagues and the team leader, it was concluded that aircraft maintenance manual 32-11-00-6 was the only requirement. There was no reference to chapter 5 and the conditional inspection for main landing gear shimmy/vibration inspection was not completed.
