Narrative:

The quick fiberglass patch with adhesive backing used for cargo pit lining repair was installed over a shroud that covers an insulation blanket over an APU duct. The hole in the shroud was not caused because of heat from the duct, instead from cargo against the shroud at connection point and a clamp on the duct. We leak checked the duct to make sure there were no air leaks before installing the new insulation blanket. No leaks were found.
