Narrative:

After takeoff cabin would not pressurize along with wind noise. I checked circuit breakers and discovered the door circuit breaker had popped. I reset the circuit breaker and discovered the electrical and electronic compartment door was left open by the mechanic. Came back and landed with no further problems. Circuit breaker must have popped seconds before we pushed back from gate. Pushing to test annunciator lights sometime before takeoff would have found this problem before takeoff.
