Narrative:
Vectoring for in-trail operation to ZBW, for bos arrs. I descended aircraft #2 to FL230, anticipating turning the aircraft northbound for more mi in-trail. Traffic was to the north at FL240. Aircraft #2 was put on a 10 degree heading under aircraft #1 at FL240. ZBW descended aircraft #1 into aircraft #2 who was at FL230.
