Narrative:

After takeoff from atl, we had a gear up disagree warning. We completed the QRH procedures, contacted maintenance and informed them of the problem, and returned to atl for landing. During approach and taxi-in, we had 2 other caution messages (hydraulic 3H:temperature airborne and steering inoperative during taxi). After reaching the gate, I contacted maintenance by radio. We talked for several mins about the sequence of events and the indications. I became distraction by my conversation with maintenance, and afterwards forgot to call dispatch and amend my flight release. I completely forgot about it until I began filling out the irregular operations report.
