Narrative:
I was at pdk run-up area for runways 2L and 2R. I was given instructions which I read back as departure for runway 2L. I was told that was wrong (my readback) and that I was to use runway 2R and to hurry across runway 2L. When I did, I revved the engine to quickly get over runway 2L to runway 2R. When I tried to brake, I was going a little too fast and overran the runway 2R hold short line by about 4 ft. I was actually straddling the line. I am not sure the controller actually saw that I was 4 ft over (measured from the nose of the aircraft). Anyway, I was told to hold short for traffic and then departed normally. I felt self-imposed pressure to expedite across runway 2L and was a little too zealous.

Title: PA28 DEP AT PDK IS INSTRUCTED TO EXPEDITE ACROSS PARALLEL RWY AND ROLLS PAST NEXT RWY HOLD LINE.
Narrative: I WAS AT PDK RUN-UP AREA FOR RWYS 2L AND 2R. I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS WHICH I READ BACK AS DEP FOR RWY 2L. I WAS TOLD THAT WAS WRONG (MY READBACK) AND THAT I WAS TO USE RWY 2R AND TO HURRY ACROSS RWY 2L. WHEN I DID, I REVVED THE ENG TO QUICKLY GET OVER RWY 2L TO RWY 2R. WHEN I TRIED TO BRAKE, I WAS GOING A LITTLE TOO FAST AND OVERRAN THE RWY 2R HOLD SHORT LINE BY ABOUT 4 FT. I WAS ACTUALLY STRADDLING THE LINE. I AM NOT SURE THE CTLR ACTUALLY SAW THAT I WAS 4 FT OVER (MEASURED FROM THE NOSE OF THE ACFT). ANYWAY, I WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT FOR TFC AND THEN DEPARTED NORMALLY. I FELT SELF-IMPOSED PRESSURE TO EXPEDITE ACROSS RWY 2L AND WAS A LITTLE TOO ZEALOUS.
