Narrative:
Aircraft was cleared to cross runway 19L hold short of runway 19R. I taxied across runway 19L and thought I was cleared onto the 19R runway. When the first officer noticed that I was not slowing near the line, he commented that we were to hold short. I stopped the aircraft with the nose about 5 ft past the hold line. I notified tower that we were past the hold line and he told traffic on final to go around. Supplemental information from acn 617275: cleared to 'cross runway 19L, hold short runway 19R' -- as we approached runway 19R, I looked up from inside the cockpit and our ground speed was such that it appeared to me the captain might have thought we were cleared for takeoff or into position. I said 'we're hold short runway 19R.'
