B727 departing runway 22 began takeoff roll slowly and was airborne in 6000 ft. The arriving CRJ2 went around. Tower providing visual throughout go around operation. The CRJ2 was re-sequenced to runway 22. Human factor: last hour of 40 hour work week. B727 departed without incident.
