Narrative:

We were on final at cak runway 5 and had been cleared for 'touch-and-go' landing. I was well on glide path. Over runway, stall horn sounded in flare. We then landed hard and bounced and ballooned up and landed hard again. It seemed nosewheel came off at that time, brakes applied, we skidded to a stop, still on runway. The possibility of windshear may have contributed, however, not sure. The FAA has classified this event as an 'incident.'
