Narrative:

I had just landed on runway 28R and exited runway and contacted ground control. I was told to taxi 'around the building' (the terminal) to taxiway C to the FBO. I acknowledged and asked to leave frequency to call unicom. I was told to stop taxiing and report back on. I did so and resumed taxiing. I saw an air carrier jet at my 1 O'clock position preparing to taxi and kept visual contact. I was never told to make way for the air carrier. My last clearance was to taxi all the way to FBO. The air carrier kept taxiing, and I made eye contact with the pilot. I slowed and then ground control told me to stop, then proceeded to chastise me for not letting the air carrier through. The air carrier said he would let me through but ground control made me wait for him and another air carrier jet. No problem. I apologized and was told to use common sense and continue, which I did without incident. I did see the air carrier and was going to let him through (he saw me, too) but I was never told to make way for him, I was on taxiway with clearance. Next time I will be more aggressive in inquiring about nearby taxiing jets. Ground control could be more specific with clearance and taxiing instructions regarding possible traffic conflicts.

Title: PA32 PLT TAXIING TO FBO AT CMH EXPERIENCED GND TFC CONFLICT WITH ACR.

Narrative: I HAD JUST LANDED ON RWY 28R AND EXITED RWY AND CONTACTED GND CTL. I WAS TOLD TO TAXI 'AROUND THE BUILDING' (THE TERMINAL) TO TXWY C TO THE FBO. I ACKNOWLEDGED AND ASKED TO LEAVE FREQ TO CALL UNICOM. I WAS TOLD TO STOP TAXIING AND RPT BACK ON. I DID SO AND RESUMED TAXIING. I SAW AN ACR JET AT MY 1 O'CLOCK POS PREPARING TO TAXI AND KEPT VISUAL CONTACT. I WAS NEVER TOLD TO MAKE WAY FOR THE ACR. MY LAST CLRNC WAS TO TAXI ALL THE WAY TO FBO. THE ACR KEPT TAXIING, AND I MADE EYE CONTACT WITH THE PLT. I SLOWED AND THEN GND CTL TOLD ME TO STOP, THEN PROCEEDED TO CHASTISE ME FOR NOT LETTING THE ACR THROUGH. THE ACR SAID HE WOULD LET ME THROUGH BUT GND CTL MADE ME WAIT FOR HIM AND ANOTHER ACR JET. NO PROB. I APOLOGIZED AND WAS TOLD TO USE COMMON SENSE AND CONTINUE, WHICH I DID WITHOUT INCIDENT. I DID SEE THE ACR AND WAS GOING TO LET HIM THROUGH (HE SAW ME, TOO) BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD TO MAKE WAY FOR HIM, I WAS ON TXWY WITH CLRNC. NEXT TIME I WILL BE MORE AGGRESSIVE IN INQUIRING ABOUT NEARBY TAXIING JETS. GND CTL COULD BE MORE SPECIFIC WITH CLRNC AND TAXIING INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING POSSIBLE TFC CONFLICTS.
