Narrative:

Landing on runway 4, cleared runway with right turn onto runway 13 and immediate turn onto taxiway P. Tower controller queried our turn off onto an active runway. Trying to find out if and where prohibition exists. Looked in aim and far and was unable to locate. Flight manual part 1 only references txwys but no mention of runways.
