Narrative:
I departed fxe which is 4 mi southwest of pmp, en route to pmp after clearing customs at fxe. Thunderstorm was off end of runway 27 as I departed. I took right turn as soon as possible to avoid WX. I contacted pompano tower and was cleared to land on runway 15. My TCASII was on and I had my eye on traffic in the area. I set my HSI on 150 degree heading in order to line up with the runway. WX was moving in and I was anxious to land and also concerned about local traffic. Did right base for what I thought was runway 15, based on my HSI. I landed and was told by tower that I had landed on wrong runway. I then noticed that my HSI wasn't properly aligned with my compass, it was off by about 30-40 degrees. I evidently neglected to properly align the HSI with my heading before takeoff at fxe. I was additionally distraction by WX and traffic and didn't properly verify runway.
