Narrative:
Problem arose due to a combination of at least 3 factors: 1) fatigue. The flight was a photo-mission flown the 5TH day of consecutive flts totaling 27 hours. This occurrence was on the 7TH landing of the day. 2) distrs. 2 additional passenger in addition to my normal passenger load of 1 photographer were very talkative on the intercom. Interfered with ATC communications several times. 3) poor checklist discipline. Self-explanatory. Resulted partly from fatigue. Description of event: forgot to lower gear. Realized just as airplane was settling in. Added power for a successful go around slightly scraping the belly. Resulted in minor sheet metal damage and 2 destroyed antennas. Problem prevention: maintain strict checklist discipline. Be more proactive when I feel distrs are becoming unmanageable. Do a better job of managing fatigue.

Title: BELLY SCRAPE AND GAR EXECUTED AFTER A NEAR GEAR UP LNDG BY THE PLT OF AN AC90 PHOTO ACFT WHEN HE FORGOT TO LOWER THE GEAR ON APCH TO ZZZ, US.
Narrative: PROB AROSE DUE TO A COMBINATION OF AT LEAST 3 FACTORS: 1) FATIGUE. THE FLT WAS A PHOTO-MISSION FLOWN THE 5TH DAY OF CONSECUTIVE FLTS TOTALING 27 HRS. THIS OCCURRENCE WAS ON THE 7TH LNDG OF THE DAY. 2) DISTRS. 2 ADDITIONAL PAX IN ADDITION TO MY NORMAL PAX LOAD OF 1 PHOTOGRAPHER WERE VERY TALKATIVE ON THE INTERCOM. INTERFERED WITH ATC COMS SEVERAL TIMES. 3) POOR CHKLIST DISCIPLINE. SELF-EXPLANATORY. RESULTED PARTLY FROM FATIGUE. DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: FORGOT TO LOWER GEAR. REALIZED JUST AS AIRPLANE WAS SETTLING IN. ADDED PWR FOR A SUCCESSFUL GAR SLIGHTLY SCRAPING THE BELLY. RESULTED IN MINOR SHEET METAL DAMAGE AND 2 DESTROYED ANTENNAS. PROB PREVENTION: MAINTAIN STRICT CHKLIST DISCIPLINE. BE MORE PROACTIVE WHEN I FEEL DISTRS ARE BECOMING UNMANAGEABLE. DO A BETTER JOB OF MANAGING FATIGUE.
