Narrative:
Received clearance with transponder code to depart ADIZ from gai, proceeded direct to fdk. Potomac approach told me to squawk 1200 and I then proceeded direct to okv. I followed my GPS moving map to remain out of the class B. When I landed at okv, I was told to call potomac approach and was informed that I encroached 2-3 mi inside the ADIZ airspace. I tried to avoid the ADIZ and class B with my GPS.

Title: UPON EXITING THE DC ADIZ, PA31 PLT REENTERS ADIZ ATTEMPTING 'TO AVOID ADIZ AND CLASS B WITH MY GPS.'
Narrative: RECEIVED CLRNC WITH XPONDER CODE TO DEPART ADIZ FROM GAI, PROCEEDED DIRECT TO FDK. POTOMAC APCH TOLD ME TO SQUAWK 1200 AND I THEN PROCEEDED DIRECT TO OKV. I FOLLOWED MY GPS MOVING MAP TO REMAIN OUT OF THE CLASS B. WHEN I LANDED AT OKV, I WAS TOLD TO CALL POTOMAC APCH AND WAS INFORMED THAT I ENCROACHED 2-3 MI INSIDE THE ADIZ AIRSPACE. I TRIED TO AVOID THE ADIZ AND CLASS B WITH MY GPS.
