Narrative:

During boarding, a family of 5 with a nanny -- 3 bags and car seat -- boarded just before cabin door was closed. We had taken a 2 hour delay due to WX. Family was still in aisle with bags after main door closed. I approached and asked them to please situation down. They took their time and eventually got settled. Once we reached cruise, I was in aisle selling headsets when I got to their row. The husband said, 'don't you think you were out of line earlier?' I replied, 'I was doing my job.' his wife then got up and asked for my name. When I refused to give it to her, I turned and proceeded up the aisle and noticed she was behind me and shouting, 'turn around and deal with me.' she kept shouting that as I went up to first class and called the captain. She was very threatening and intimidating and interfered with my duties and failed to comply when I requested for her to go back and situation down. The seat belt sign was still on. She was in my face, shouting. A lot of passenger were visibly upset by this. The captain did not want to get police involved, but I insisted and 5 police met our flight in ewr. They took my statement and hers and told me they would forward a copy to the FAA and it would be up to the FAA if any action is taken. I got served witnesses' information.

Title: A B757 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED AN ARGUMENT WITH A MARRIED COUPLE DURING A FLT TO EWR AFTER BOARDING PROCESS WAS COMPLETE.

Narrative: DURING BOARDING, A FAMILY OF 5 WITH A NANNY -- 3 BAGS AND CAR SEAT -- BOARDED JUST BEFORE CABIN DOOR WAS CLOSED. WE HAD TAKEN A 2 HR DELAY DUE TO WX. FAMILY WAS STILL IN AISLE WITH BAGS AFTER MAIN DOOR CLOSED. I APCHED AND ASKED THEM TO PLEASE SIT DOWN. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND EVENTUALLY GOT SETTLED. ONCE WE REACHED CRUISE, I WAS IN AISLE SELLING HEADSETS WHEN I GOT TO THEIR ROW. THE HUSBAND SAID, 'DON'T YOU THINK YOU WERE OUT OF LINE EARLIER?' I REPLIED, 'I WAS DOING MY JOB.' HIS WIFE THEN GOT UP AND ASKED FOR MY NAME. WHEN I REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HER, I TURNED AND PROCEEDED UP THE AISLE AND NOTICED SHE WAS BEHIND ME AND SHOUTING, 'TURN AROUND AND DEAL WITH ME.' SHE KEPT SHOUTING THAT AS I WENT UP TO FIRST CLASS AND CALLED THE CAPT. SHE WAS VERY THREATENING AND INTIMIDATING AND INTERFERED WITH MY DUTIES AND FAILED TO COMPLY WHEN I REQUESTED FOR HER TO GO BACK AND SIT DOWN. THE SEAT BELT SIGN WAS STILL ON. SHE WAS IN MY FACE, SHOUTING. A LOT OF PAX WERE VISIBLY UPSET BY THIS. THE CAPT DID NOT WANT TO GET POLICE INVOLVED, BUT I INSISTED AND 5 POLICE MET OUR FLT IN EWR. THEY TOOK MY STATEMENT AND HERS AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD FORWARD A COPY TO THE FAA AND IT WOULD BE UP TO THE FAA IF ANY ACTION IS TAKEN. I GOT SERVED WITNESSES' INFO.
