Got aft cargo door EICAS message on or shortly after rotation, confirmed by no pressurization. Performed book procedures dumping/burning 200000 pounds of fuel and returned to ZZZZ, first officer. Landed at about 628000 pounds. Lead mechanic reported door handle was up on arrival. Maintenance performed routine tests and checks. Airplane refueled and redispatched to ZZZ, us. Second attempt was routine.
