Narrative:

During beverage service, passenger asked for 1/2 glass of orange juice with extra ice. Suspecting something odd, I asked him if he was planning to add alcohol to the drink and reminded him it was against FAA regulations to consume alcohol personally brought on board, not served by a flight attendant. Passenger replied, 'ok, I didn't know that.' he then consumed 3 bottles of vodka from his luggage. The captain was notified and flight attendants requested federal auths to meet the flight. He (passenger) appeared to be intoxicated. No auths met the flight upon arrival -- only a customer service representative. Passenger was allowed to reboard flight to continue on to okc, with same cabin crew.
