Narrative:
While attempting to service the thrust reverser, the adapter from the service cart was damaged. I replaced the damaged adapter and svced the thrust reverser. I removed the adapter and inadvertently forgot to remove the thrust reverser pin.

Title: AN MD80 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A THRUST REVERSER LOCK PIN STILL INSTALLED AFTER THRUST REVERSER SVC.
Narrative: WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SVC THE THRUST REVERSER, THE ADAPTER FROM THE SVC CART WAS DAMAGED. I REPLACED THE DAMAGED ADAPTER AND SVCED THE THRUST REVERSER. I REMOVED THE ADAPTER AND INADVERTENTLY FORGOT TO REMOVE THE THRUST REVERSER PIN.
