Narrative:

During routine 'a' check inspection the thrust reverser hydraulic control module safety lockout pin was not removed before flight, thus causing #2 engine reverser not to deploy on landing at next station. After aircraft landed, flight crew notified maintenance which then removed the safety lockout and checked the reverser which worked normally. Due to my fatigue I had missed the item on the job card to remove the pin.
