Narrative:

On the night of dec/tue/03, I was flying my regular leg from cle to cmh. I checked on with columbus approach about 30 mi northeast of the field. After that, I fell asleep for about 5 or 10 mins. When I awoke I was on top of the field at 6000 ft MSL. I called approach and was cleared the visual to runway 10R. I landed with no incident. The problem arose from insufficient sleep the day before and over the wkend. I have gone over sleeping methods to stay awake in the plane and before getting into it. Things like keeping active and talking to yourself in the plane. Diet, exercise and sleeping habits outside of the plane. Things like this show the dangers and hardships of flying night cargo.
