Narrative:

Receipt and dispatch: it's bad and getting worse. My flight on taxi in to the gate at sfo. The ramp person did not know what type of airplane we were, he had to ask the agent 2 times to confirm that we were really a B757 (we asked the agent after we were parked). Receipt and dispatch seems to be getting progressively worse. Rampers leaning to get you to turn, unable to give proper signals last 20 ft, abrupt stops. We are diverging from a SOP operation at a rapid rate.

Title: A B757 IS CONCERNED THAT THE GND PERSONNEL AT HIS AIRLINE ARE NOT FOLLOWING SOP.

Narrative: RECEIPT AND DISPATCH: IT'S BAD AND GETTING WORSE. MY FLT ON TAXI IN TO THE GATE AT SFO. THE RAMP PERSON DID NOT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF AIRPLANE WE WERE, HE HAD TO ASK THE AGENT 2 TIMES TO CONFIRM THAT WE WERE REALLY A B757 (WE ASKED THE AGENT AFTER WE WERE PARKED). RECEIPT AND DISPATCH SEEMS TO BE GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. RAMPERS LEANING TO GET YOU TO TURN, UNABLE TO GIVE PROPER SIGNALS LAST 20 FT, ABRUPT STOPS.
