Narrative:

Going thru security screening at cos this morning, my kit bag was highlighted at x-ray because of required flashlight. Because the flashlight had batteries in it, my kit bag had to go thru a detailed explosives screening at a common examination table. Informed that I should have removed the batteries before screening and this would have prevented the extra scrutiny. No mention of where I was to place these batts after I took them out of the flashlight. This is only station I know of that is doing this battery thing.
