Narrative:
Aircraft green hydraulics safety valve leaking hydraulic fluid from its pilot valve. I replaced pilot valve without a maintenance manual reference. Maintenance ferried aircraft to maintenance hub to do a full functional test of the safety valve (tooling nis). Maintenance ferry authority/authorized per duty manager.
