Narrative:
On apr/xa/06 the #1 engine driven hydro pump was removed and replaced due to metal in the case drain filter. I overlooked the drain and flush of the hydro system as called out in the maintenance manual or change the case drain filter after the leak/operations check.

Narrative: ON APR/XA/06 THE #1 ENG DRIVEN HYDRO PUMP WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED DUE TO METAL IN THE CASE DRAIN FILTER. I OVERLOOKED THE DRAIN AND FLUSH OF THE HYDRO SYS AS CALLED OUT IN THE MAINT MANUAL OR CHANGE THE CASE DRAIN FILTER AFTER THE LEAK/OPS CHK.
