Narrative:

I accomplished the aircraft walkaround in ZZZ. All latches and panels were secure. After takeoff, I felt a minor and momentary vibration while climbing through approximately 20000 ft. The captain commented that it felt like a cargo container shifting. All other indications were normal and the rest of the flight was uneventful. After parking at the gate in ZZZ1, the captain and I were informed that part of the hydraulic service panel door on the right side of the aircraft was missing and fuselage damage was evident in the surrounding area.
