Narrative:

Crew rest seat. I went back for my crew rest and there was a rather large person occupying the seat next to the crew rest seat -- so large that there was no arm or elbow room on the arm rest. When I reclined to try and sleep his right leg was twitching and kept kicking me every few mins. Needless to say, it was impossible to sleep with no arm rest and the continual nudging/kicking by his foot or leg. This is a 10 hour red-eye flight and not being able to get any rest does not make for a safe operation. I almost think the flight attendants have a better crew rest facility, in that they do not have any passenger next to them and they can block out the light.
