Narrative:

On this day, C152 called for taxi. He was issued taxi to runway 27R at 'right' intersection, the right side of taxiway B. Pilot read back instructions correctly. For some reason, pilot turned left on B1, then right onto departure end of runway 27R. Unfortunately, a PA44 was on a touch and go. The PA44 had just started his departure, saw the cessna, aborted and turned off the runway at taxiway left. Supplemental information from acn 597870: I called ground. He gave me the taxi clearance: 'taxi to runway 27R at taxiway right, right side of taxiway B.' after I read it back, I started to taxi. Because I thought I'm so familiar with airport, I didn't pay attention during taxiing. I then taxied across taxi B, turned right on runway 9L (believing this was taxiway B). Ground didn't stop me during my taxiing. During my turn to the runway, I saw the runway white centerline, and I also saw traffic at the beginning of the runway which was taking off. I stopped immediately and the other aircraft also started to slow down. Then I added power to get clear of runway as fast as possible and then contacted ground. It's my responsibility to pay attention during every phase of flight, but I didn't.

Narrative: ON THIS DAY, C152 CALLED FOR TAXI. HE WAS ISSUED TAXI TO RWY 27R AT 'R' INTXN, THE R SIDE OF TXWY B. PLT READ BACK INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY. FOR SOME REASON, PLT TURNED L ON B1, THEN R ONTO DEP END OF RWY 27R. UNFORTUNATELY, A PA44 WAS ON A TOUCH AND GO. THE PA44 HAD JUST STARTED HIS DEP, SAW THE CESSNA, ABORTED AND TURNED OFF THE RWY AT TXWY L. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 597870: I CALLED GND. HE GAVE ME THE TAXI CLRNC: 'TAXI TO RWY 27R AT TXWY R, R SIDE OF TXWY B.' AFTER I READ IT BACK, I STARTED TO TAXI. BECAUSE I THOUGHT I'M SO FAMILIAR WITH ARPT, I DIDN'T PAY ATTN DURING TAXIING. I THEN TAXIED ACROSS TAXI B, TURNED R ON RWY 9L (BELIEVING THIS WAS TXWY B). GND DIDN'T STOP ME DURING MY TAXIING. DURING MY TURN TO THE RWY, I SAW THE RWY WHITE CTRLINE, AND I ALSO SAW TFC AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RWY WHICH WAS TAKING OFF. I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AND THE OTHER ACFT ALSO STARTED TO SLOW DOWN. THEN I ADDED PWR TO GET CLR OF RWY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND THEN CONTACTED GND. IT'S MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ATTN DURING EVERY PHASE OF FLT, BUT I DIDN'T.
