Narrative:
Center tank's boost pumps were checked during preflight in ZZZ and functioned normally. Trapped fuel condition was noticed at third fix -- when quantity was identical to second fix fuel reading. Ran appropriate checklist, consulted with ZZZ1 technician, planned a divert to ZZZ2.

Narrative: CTR TANK'S BOOST PUMPS WERE CHKED DURING PREFLT IN ZZZ AND FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. TRAPPED FUEL CONDITION WAS NOTICED AT THIRD FIX -- WHEN QUANTITY WAS IDENTICAL TO SECOND FIX FUEL READING. RAN APPROPRIATE CHKLIST, CONSULTED WITH ZZZ1 TECHNICIAN, PLANNED A DIVERT TO ZZZ2.
