Narrative:

Pns TRACON has a continuing problem of getting up-do-date WX and ATIS codes from area navy airports/ATC facilities. After reporting this problem to local FAA management for an extended prior of time without resolution, on jan/thu/03, I filed a report on the problem with FAA headquarters. I included with the report, documentation of 69 occurrences of area military installations not providing pns TRACON with updated WX and ATIS information as required by FAA order 7210.35 2-9-2 and 10-4-1, and FAA handbook 7110.65N 4-7-10. At XC55 today, I had several IFR inbounds to nap but no current WX. The WX sequence I had was from XA53 or over 2 hours old. This confusing problem with outdated and conflicting ATIS codes could easily result in an accident or incident.
